Shipping & Warranty Policy

After the purchase, Ozi has 5 days to send your product to the post office.

Does not apply to pre-sale, only at launch.

The warranty time is 90 days.

We do not cover the warranty for the following reasons:

1. Misuse of the product 

1.1 Product with chip burned due to water

1.2 Product burned due to high temperature exposed

1.3 Dropped/Breakage of the product

2. Warranty seal violated

3. Thefts and robberies

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return requests, in case of regret, dissatisfaction or withdrawal, must be made within 7 days after receiving the product.
  1.1 The Request must be made DIRECTLY by chat or email.
  1.2 Return requests made through social networks, or directly through the team's discord, will be directed to chat and/or email, and will not count as an order opening
  1.3 Requests made after 7 days do not guarantee the refund of the amount paid, as stated in the CDC.

2 After collecting data and support information, the requester will have up to 5 business days to send the product by post.
  2.1 If the return product is not shipped on time, the ticket will be closed and support will contact you.
  2.2 After sending the package, it will take up to 90 days for a refund of the amount paid. Reimbursement being made to the paying account, or as requested via support.

3 Once payment has been confirmed, the package will be sent in the next shipment.
  3.1 All packages are shipped within a maximum of 5 days.
  3.2 After dispatch by the carrier, the delivery time is borne by the carrier.
  3.3 Ozi reserves the right to postpone the shipping date in case of weekends, holidays or external factors.

4. Upon receipt of the product by the customer, the warranty lasts for 90 calendar days.
  4.1 The warranty excludes exchange or return, if misuse by the user is found.
  4.2 If support is unable to resolve the issue remotely, a request to exchange the defective assembly will be opened.

4.4 We pay guarantees via PAC only.
